The Champion 700-20SS is a stainless steel construction semi-automatic manually adjustable side belt drive case sealer that is built with the operator and maintenance staff in mind. The stainless steel taping machine is ideal in wet or damp environments as it is rust resistant. Applications such as food plants, pharmaceutical plants or any wet environment are ideal for the stainless steel machine. Threading of the Champion 502 or 503 tape head is very simple and the head is designed to be virtually maintenance free. Optional stainless steel tape heads are also available for use with the 700-20SS. The quick belt speed of 77 feet per minute allows you to seal upwards of 30 boxes per minute. The 700-20SS is very versatile and can be quickly adjusted to seal narrow width or short height cartons. The row of top squeezing rollers helps to keep the major flaps together, while generally keeping the carton square prior to tape application. The adjustable hand cranks allow for quick carton change over. The hand cranks can also be located on either side of the machine. This feature allows you to locate either side against a wall, while being able to maintain control of the adjustments from the opposite side. The 700-20SS case sealer always comes complete with infeed and exit tables and casters. Threading of the Champion 502 or 503 tape head is very simple and the head is designed to be virtually maintenance free. The quick belt speed of 77 feet per minute allows you to seal upwards of 30 boxes per minute. Like the 700-20 the 700-27 is very versatile and can be quickly adjusted to seal narrow width or short height cartons, but the 700-27 can also seal very large cartons up to a maximum of 27" width and height. The row of top squeezing rollers helps to keep the major flaps together, while generally keeping the carton square prior to tape application. The adjustable hand cranks allow for quick carton change over. The hand cranks can also be located on either side of the machine. This feature allows you to locate either side against a wall, while being able to maintain control of the adjustments from the opposite side. The 700-27 case sealer always comes complete with infeed and exit tables and casters. The 800-20 is best suited to sealing cartons that are taller than they are long, but can also handle a large range of cartons. The row of top squeezing rollers helps to keep the major flaps together, while generally keeping the carton square prior to tape application. The adjustable hand cranks allow for quick carton change over. The hand cranks can also be located on either side of the machine. This feature allows you to locate either side against a wall, while being able to maintain control of the adjustments from the opposite side. The Champion 700-BF is a semi-automatic case erector. The 700-BF comes with extended side drive belts that are manually adjustable for different carton sizes. The 700-BF has a set of bottom flap folding plows and center t-rail that support the carton. The 700-BF is an ideal machine for erecting and sealing the bottoms of empty cartons for packing at a later time. The 700-BF can also be used as a packing station and with an optional upgrade the 700-BF can be equipped with the ability to tape on top as well. An optional rear flap folding shoe can be added for greater operator comfort and ease of operation. The adjustable hand crank allows for quick carton change over. The hand crank can also be located on either side of the machine. This feature allows you to locate either side against a wall, while being able to maintain control of the adjustments from the opposite side. The Champion 700-RD, Random semi-automatic side belt drive case sealer requires an operator to hold the carton flaps closed before presenting to the machine. The 700-RD will automatically adjust to the size of the carton being presented to it. This machine is meant to be used in applications where every box being presented to the machine is a different size than the one before. The Champion 700-RD has some unique features. It is the only random taper on the market that allows you to switch to different settings based on your particular application. If your boxes are random, but close in height than you can choose the memory random setting to increase throughput speed. If your boxes are random, but have a large variation in height you can choose the middle home position random setting to increase throughput speed. Finally, you can lock the random machine in to a uniform position if you have a run of uniform size boxes. This action is also intended to help to increase throughput speed based on how your application presents itself. Threading of the Champion 502 or 503 tape head is very simple and the head is designed to be virtually maintenance free. The 700-RD comes complete with locking casters.

The Champion 700-FC, fully automatic side belt drive flap closer will accept cartons automatically from a powered conveyor and will close all 4 carton flaps and then tape top and bottom. The machine will automatically meter cartons with a photo eyed controlled gating system. An advantage to our flap closer is the fully adjustable plow system. Both plows are adjustable vertically and horizontally at the front and the back of the plow. This is an important feature of our machine as it allows the user the utmost flexibility with closing flaps in a timely fashion for varying types of carton applications.
